When The Pearl Porch Boutique opened its doors in charming downtown Brooksville, FL, the goal was clear: create a stylish, welcoming space that felt thoughtfully curated yet authentically unique. That’s where our store planning and design team stepped in.

From the start, our goal wasn’t just to fill the space with fixtures—it was to help tell a story. With over 1,000 square feet of retail space, The Pearl Porch needed a functional layout that supported flow and flexibility without sacrificing character. Our team worked closely with the boutique owner to design a custom floor plan that maximized merchandising potential while preserving the boutique’s cozy, vintage-inspired charm.

What makes The Pearl Porch Boutique stand out is its character—from the exposed brick walls to the vintage chandeliers and curated displays. Our job was to complement that atmosphere, not compete with it. The end result is a store that feels like a perfect blend of boutique charm and smart functionality.

Using a mix of our Avenue line of fixtures—including black metal etageres, display tables, and freestanding racks—we created distinct merchandising zones that guide customers naturally through the space. From the front entry to the fitting rooms, each area was intentionally planned to showcase clothing, accessories, and gifts in a visually balanced way.
